By scheduling an appointment, using our website, or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Rose Veterinary offers general wellness exams, preventive care, and treatment for minor illnesses for companion animals in the Phoenix, Arizona and surrounding areas. We do not provide emergency or after-hours care. For life-threatening emergencies, please contact a 24-hour emergency animal hospital immediately.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards and zelle. We do not bill pet insurance directly; itemized receipts are available upon request for reimbursement claims.
5. Medical Authorization & Consent
A responsible adult (18+) must be present to authorize treatment. By proceeding with services, you consent to examination, diagnostics, and recommended treatments. You will be informed of estimated costs prior to non-emergency procedures.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our team will exercise professional care in treating your pet. However, we cannot guarantee outcomes. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for undisclosed pre-existing conditions or complications arising from incomplete medical history.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
